| 商品説明 | The Amnis(TM) SpeedBead(R) Kit for ImageStream(TM) ー10mLx16 tubes (Part Number: CN-0440-01) is integral to the operation of the Amnis(TM) ImageStream(TM) System. The beads are used by ASSIST, ImageStream’s calibration program, to calibrate and test the system during the daily startup procedure. The kit is an effective tool for verifying optimal instrument performance and ensuring consistent experimental acquisition parameters. During normal operation, the system uses the SpeedBead scatter signal to monitor and synchronize the flow of the sample, as well as to maintain focus and core tracking. The kit contains 16 tubes of beads, each with 10mL of reagent. Each tube can be left in the instrument until depleted. For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures. |
