| 商品説明 | The Guava(R) Annexin Red Kit ー100 Tests (Part Number: FCCH100108) offers a simple, reproducible, and reliable way to monitor early and late apoptosis. The kit includes: 1. Annexin V conjugated to a red fluorescent dye, CF647, to provide maximum sensitivity 2. 7-AAD, a fluorescent DNA intercalator that is membrane impermeant and therefore excluded from live, healthy, and early apoptotic cells, but permeates late-stage apoptotic and dead cells 3. An apoptosis buffer that is optimized for Annexin V staining After staining cells with the Annexin Red Kit, three populations of cells can be identified in this assay: ●Non-apoptotic cells: Annexin V- and 7-AAD- ●Early apoptotic cells: Annexin V+ and 7-AAD- ●Late-stage apoptotic or dead cells: Annexin V+ and 7-AAD+ The Annexin Red Kit includes all of the reagents necessary for cell preparation and analysis. The kit permits users to combine the provided reagents with their existing flow cytometry staining panel using fluorophores in the green and yellow channels when using the blue laser.
